Miss T | Boudoir | Annerley Portrait Studio | 23rd May 2014
A few months ago I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing the gorgeous Miss T for her boudoir session. Miss T wanted to remain anonymous, but still wanted to have the chance to tell us about her boudoir experience. So here is her story.
Describe yourself in 3 words
Miss T: Loving, Loyal and Adventurous
Describe 3 things you wanted your boudoir session to represent
Miss T: I wanted the photos to capture femininity and class
How do you feel about your body?
Miss T: I eat well, exercise well and I feel generally good about my body.
What is your go-to item when you want to feel absolutely gorgeous?
Miss T: High heels!
What is your best tip for feeling beautiful?
Miss T: Good sleep and lots of water
What does confidence mean to you?
Miss T: Staying true to yourself and inspiring others to do the same.
Why did you book a boudoir session with Nicole Barralet Photography?
Miss T: I wanted to do a boudoir session for a long time and I came across the beautiful work of Nicole’s when I was researching photographers. I chose her for the quality of her work and the availability.
What does the term “boudoir photography” mean to you?
Miss T: To me, it means how a woman feels and what she thinks of herself in the privacy of her own room. If she didn’t know that someone was looking, this is how she would be.
How did you find the experience of being photographed by Nicole?
Miss T: It was a super fun day and I really enjoyed the pampering before hand with hair and make up and the session it self. It was well orchestrated. Nicole was professional and made me feel very comfortable.
If you did the shoot as a gift, how did you husband react to the gift?
Miss T: He hasn’t received it yet but he had a look at the “sneak peek” that Nicole sent to my inbox. He loved it!!
Has the experience of doing a boudoir session helped you feel more confident, more empowered, sexy and comfortable with being a woman?
Miss T: Most definitely!
