Walkabout Creek Wedding Photography | Amy & Aaron…

Amy & Aaron | Wedding | Walkabout Creek The Gap | 21st April 2012

On Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing the beautiful Amy and Aaron on their wedding day. After 10 years together, a little bubba and building a home, Amy & Aaron sealed their union with a kiss overlooking a beautiful lake glistening with afternoon sunlight. It was perfect. The weather gods had blessed us with beautiful blue skies and gorgeous afternoon sunlight and with a fun bridal party, we had an amazing time photographing Amy & Aaron’s wedding.

Our day started out with the boys who were looking ravishing in their grey suits (although one of the groomsmen was missing a zip! never fear a safety pin came to the rescue). Aaron’s Dad was a real character keeping the mood light and entertaining, and Rampage Amy & Aaron’s puppy also joined in for some photo fun. Then it was off to the girls where it was a little more chaotic, but not to worry, we had amazing light and lots of gorgeous details to work with, so we were able to capture some beautiful photos! And how stunning does Amy look! A gorgeous bride with her beautiful gown from Penny Lane Bridal. The bridesmaids looked stunning in their lavendar dresses and little corsages made their outfits complete.

It was then off to Walkabout Creek at the Gap for a beautiful afternoon ceremony by Neal Foster sealed their union together. The location was perfect and we made the most of the beautiful afternoon sunlight. The bridal party were troopers trekking through the bush and Amy and Aaron didn’t hesitate to jump in the bushes and trust my photographic judgement. Thank you for being great sports! I think you will agree that the photos were definitely worth it! So without further ado, here is your sneak peak! Thank you for inviting me to be part of your special day. It was such a joy to photograph your love and I hope you love your images as much as we do! Enjoy!
