Boudoir Sessions 

Session Fee

A non-refundable session fee is payable at time of booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer or our online payment portal.

Reschedule Fee

We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your booking as we contract in a professional hair and makeup artist. If no notice is give, a rescheduling fee of $150 will be payable. Please be mindful that we book our hair and makeup artist in advance and by rescheduling or not showing up to your session not only affects us, but also our hair and makeup artist.

Cancellation Fee

If no notice is given and you no show for your appointment you will forfeit your session fee. If you wish to re-schedule after a no show, the full session fee will be payable again.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

All of our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable or exchange for cash. If your voucher has expired, please contact us for your options.

Payment Options

At your viewing appointment, we require at least a 20% deposit to start your order. Final payment is due upon collection. We accept cash, eftpos and credit cards. Sorry we are unable to accept Amex or Diners Club.

Payment Plans

For larger purchases, we also have payment plans available overa12weekperiod.Wework out a set amount to be paid per week over the 12 week period via a credit or debit card. All goods will be delivered at completion of payments.

Booking Agreement Form

When you book in for your boudoir session, you will also be emailed a booking agreement form. This has our full terms and conditions for the shoot detailed as well as an opportunity to tick whether or not you would like to keep your photographs private. Please fill this out and return it to us via email or at the time of your session. No sessions will take place unless the form has been filled out.

 

Portrait Sessions

We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your booking. If the session is outdoors and the weather is looking bad, then we will be in contact to reschedule to a mutually agreeable time. If no notice is give, a rescheduling fee of $99 will be payable.

Wedding Photography 

Booking Fee

To secure you wedding photography booking with Nicole Barralet Photography we require a $500 non-refundable booking fee. This secures your wedding date and means that we take no other bookings on that day. If for some reason a date change is required, we do our best to try to accommodate you. If we can’t we will discuss your options.

As well as the booking fee, we also require a wedding booking form to be signed via our online portal.

Payment Plan Options

Yes, of course. We understand that organising and paying a wedding is a huge financial commitment so after the booking fee has been paid, we are happy to work with you on an instalment plan. We can arrange this via paypal or you can set up a bank transfer. The only condition to this is that the final payment needs to be made two weeks prior to the wedding.

Booking Form

Together with your $500 booking fee, we have an individual booking form for you to fill out. We will email you the form upon confirmation of booking.
