What is a Beautiful Boudoir Photo Shoot Experience?
Boudoir photography is a mixture of three different genres – a little bit of glamour, a little bit of boudoir and sometimes a little bit of fine art a la natural portraits. All of our sessions are customized to each client and their comfort level.
Most boudoir sessions start out with a little bit of glamour photography. It is a great way to get warmed up and feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Don’t worry, our style of glamour didn’t come from the 80’s – think more vanity fair inspired beauty portraits. Gorgeous and contemporary.
Boudoir in it’s simplest form, is being photographed in your lingerie. It’s more than just stripping down into your undies, it’s about creating a mood, showing off your gorgeous body, feeling great and capturing your inner spirit. It’s sensual, tasteful and something you will be proud of.
Our beautiful natural beauty portraits are all about capturing beautiful black and white photographs showcasing the female form in all it’s natural beauty. They are tasteful, elegant and could be featured on the wall as a piece of fine art. These photos are usually done at the end of a session when you are feeling totally comfortable and confident. And of course if you don’t want to include them, then that’s ok too.
Why Choose Nicole?
I have been a Brisbane Boudoir Photographer since 2010. Since then I have captured over 200 boudoir sessions and the thing that I am most proud of is having an impact on how a woman feels about her body. Every woman deserves to feel confident and comfortable in her own skin. And a boudoir photography experience is one of the best things to do to feel beautiful. There is something about being photographed in your lingerie in front someone you barely know, that you fet to a point to say, yes I own who I am. I am a beautiful woman, flaws and all. I have clients who travel in from Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Redland Bay, interstate and even overseas to book a session.
Many of my clients book a boudoir session as a gift for their partner or as a gift for themselves. Bridal boudoir photography has become more and more popular over the past couple of years, with brides to be creating a cheeky little gift for their partner to be on the morning of the wedding. But most of my clients just want to do a boudoir session purely as a gift for themselves. Sometimes, they just need an excuse to book in.
