All for Mary | Commercial | Annerley Portrait Studio | 22nd May 2013
During the end of April, I had the amazing opportunity to photograph and design a wall installation piece for the new hairdressing salon – All for Mary. The idea behind the salon (and the mural) is that All for Mary is all about redefining your confidence and creating a look and hair style that suits you and makes you feel amazing. For the wall mural, we wanted to capture a snippet of everyone’s personality and represent what makes them feel confident. All of the hair was styled by the team at All for Mary and Kara from Ella Baché Ipswich who did most of the make up for the ladies (with some help from Eliza). All of the ladies look amazing!!
It was great also photographing a variety of guys. Prior to this project, I mainly photograph a lot of women for my boudoir and glamour work so it was awesome to be able to pose, style and play around with the boys.
I can’t wait to show you the final result. I will be popping into the salon tomorrow to see the final wall installation and take some photos! So here is just a couple of photographs of all our gorgeous participants.
