Brisbane Portrait Photographer | The Town of 1770

Happy Easter Everyone!!! I can’t believe it is already Easter. Where has the first few months of the year gone?? It seemed like just yesterday we were on Christmas holidays…. Speaking of which, today I thought I would share a few photographs from our adventures in 1770 at New Years. 1770 was such a gorgeous town. Beaches, nature, Lady Musgrave Island and just a general relaxed vibe. It was so nice being able to just chill out and recharge for the year ahead… And of course take lots of photographs. Over the holiday, I made a conscious effort to put my phone away…. I didn’t even take hardly any photos on it, just my normal camera and the go pro. It was so nice to be disconnected for a while and just be out in nature… One of my priorities this year is to have a more healthy work life balance and get out and relax in nature. It really is a beautiful world we live in…

So here are a few photos from our time in 1770!

Playing with some light painting…

The gorgeous Lady Musgrave Island… we survived the hellish boat ride there and back to see and experience paradise.

GD and I made a pack that we would watch the sunset on the last day of 2015 and let go of the past and that we would get up early and watch the sunrise on the first day of 2016 and set our intentions for the year. It was the most beautiful sunrise. Such glorious colours!!! Sunrises are my favourite time of day.
