Ipswich Wedding Photographer | Mark & Lauren

Mark & Lauren | Wedding | Ipswich | 5th April 2014

Yesterday I had the privilege of photographing the beautiful wedding of Mark and Lauren. Again, this wedding was incredibly special to me as I have known Lauren all of my life and it was such a pleasure being able to photograph her beautiful day as she married the man of her dreams. We had the best weather yesterday, beautiful clear blue skies and just enough warmth. We had an early start with the boys at Aspire where they were looking schmick in their 3 piece suits. I just loved the boys button holes and was super excited to be photographing peonies (they have a very limited season in Australia). The boys were super cool, calm and collected and we had fun heading across the road to create some beautiful photos.

Then it was off to the girls where Lauren was getting ready at her family home. It was a little more chaotic at the girls with hair and makeup being finished and the flowers arriving. How gorgeous are the bouquets!! They were incredibly different and suited Lauren perfectly. Lauren had the most amazing black and white wedding dress. She looked absolutely gorgeous and her bridesmaids did as well. After we finished with the girls, it was off to church for the ceremony. After a few family photos, it was time for lunch in the church hall. With a beautiful cake and heart warming speeches, it was time to head out and capture some beautiful wedding portraits.

We had the luxury of being able to photograph for a couple of hours after the lunch time reception and we had the best time. We headed in and around Ipswich to three different locations for a variety of different types of photographs. It was so much fun and the bridal party weren’t afraid to do anything we asked them to. And the results are gorgeous.

So here is a little sneak peek, Mark and Lauren. Thank you again for asking us to photograph your day. It was a gorgeous day and such a privilege for us to document. Can’t wait to show you the rest!!
