My first wedding for the second half of 2015 kicked off with a beautiful day up at Mooloolaba celebrating the beautiful nautical themed wedding of Harley and Rachelle. We had the most picture perfect day – clear blue skies, not too hot, not too cold and an absolutely stunning sunset. We started the day off at the Mantra Mooloolaba where Rachelle was getting ready. The girls from Velbella did an amazing job with hair and makeup and Rachelle looked absolutely stunning. Although, Olivia almost stole the show in her gorgeous little mini white dress (just like Mum’s). Rachelle was so calm and excited to be getting married! How gorgeous is her beautiful lace gown!
Then it was off to the Yacht Club where we met Harley and their gorgeous son Byron for some groom shots just before the ceremony. Rachelle arrived in an old vintage limousine before she walked down the aisle to meet Harley. They were married by a close family friend out on the beautiful lawn in front of the Marina. After some beautiful personalised vows (and some cute poses from Byron, who almost stole the show) Harley and Rachelle sealed their union with a kiss. Then it was time for family photos and a few shots on the marina before we headed off in and around Alexandra Headlands and Mooloolaba for some bridal party portraits. We had the most perfect sunset and we were able to capture some absolutely stunning portraits for them.
Then it was back to the Yacht Club for a seafood feast, a night of photo booth antics, beautiful speeches and of course some dancing. And the cake! How beautiful was their cake!! It was such a lovely day to be part of and Mel and I both thank you for inviting us to capture your special day. Enjoy your gorgeous sneak peek!
