Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of capturing the intimate elopement style wedding of Jeremiah and Kathleen. These guys met in high school and after 20 years of dating, they finally thought it was time to tie the knot! It was such a beautiful day. They were married at the beautiful Castle at Mt Tamborine by the lovely Shane Vincent (who unfortunately broke his collar bone the day before). The ceremony was short but personable with beautiful vows, beautiful sentiments, the exchanging of rings and a kiss to seal the deal. Then after some portraits with the guests, we headed off around Mt Tamborine to some of the stunning locations for some beautiful couple portraits.
How amazing is the Castle!! The perfect venue for an intimate fairytale wedding!
Our first stop on the tour around Mt Tamborine was Curtis Falls. A big thanks to Tracey the hair and makeup artist, who helped to keep Kathleen looking all gorgeous in her gown!
After a bit of a bare foot hike to and from the falls, we headed off to the Maleny Botanical Gardens for a few more portraits! How divine is this bridge!
Then it was off to this gorgeous lane filled with over hanging trees!
Before watching the sun magically set at Handgliders Lookout! It was so cold here! But the sunset with the smoke and dust was incredible!
The couple then headed back to cut the cake before having dinner together with each other. It was such a beautiful day to be part of. Thank you Tracey for helping out with the photos and a massive thank you to Jerry & Kathleen for asking me to be part of the day. Enjoy your honeymoon!
