Jacinta & Corey | E-Shoot | Toogoolawah | 30th June 2011
Yesterday I had the pleasure of heading out to the country to visit Jacinta and Corey for their engagement session. They are getting married out at the family property in September. It was a good opportunity for me to scope the property before the wedding and to work out the best locations for photos on the day. And Oh.My.Goodnes. I am so excited. There are some amazing locations that are just going to be spectacular on the day. I love city weddings but there is something nice about being out in the country. Maybe it is the fresh air, buzzing flies or the smell of cow poo. What ever it is, I love it.
Jacinta and Corey are a lovely couple. I love photographing people in love. It is so nice to see couples who just love being with one another and are full of laughter. These guys were just like that. Lots of fun and have a great chemistry between them. Corey was a little hesitant about having his photos taken (like most boys are!) but we found a way to incorporate one of his other loves – his horse! (For the life of my I can’t remember his name, but he was a beautiful horse!).
So here is a little sneak peak of their engagement session! Enjoy!
On the way home heading back towards Wivenhoe Dam, the sun started to set and I just had to pull over. It’s not very often that you are driving out in the country through a sunset. I love how these trees stand alone in the beautiful colours of the sunset.
